Graduate tracer studies have proven to be an effective and efficient instrument for evaluating TVET interventions. By tracing back graduated students, Graduate’s tracer studies explore the current employment activities, impacts of TVET on the current livelihood, the quality and relevance of education and the interrelation between their education and work. AMC has been assigned to build the capacity of the piloting TVET institutes (both SED-TVET and Non-SED-TVET institutes) in Central Java and DI Yogyakarta provinces in organizing information events and surveys on expectation and plan of SMK graduates (pre-tracer study).

CERTIF as a relatively young Professional Certification Institution for Microfinance Professionals is working in an environment with captive market until 2008. After that period CERTIF Has to face the open market. AMC supported CERTIF in developing its strategy by using Balanced Score Card approach, developing monitoring tools, marketing strategy and Quality Management System in accordance with BNSP Guide 201 (ISO 17024) and 202. AMC also supports in development and implementation of Employee Performance Evaluation System and Management Information System including website.

Study on IGI Best Practices

The network approach of the IGI-Alliance proved to be innovative and effective as well as challenging. Best practices of inter-institutional cooperation and organizational development shall be gathered and prepared to communicate the benefits of this approach to the institutes (internally) and their partners (externally). It can also provide a basis on which the IGI-Alliance can further improve the specific advantages of the center-sister design.

AMC supported the project GTZ IGI in identification and documentation of Best Practices in vocational schools.

Training on Management Skills for NGOs in NTT

Development of National Guideline on Indonesian Tsunami Early Warning Chain

GTZ IS GITEWS

GTZ-IS GITEWS WP 6300 must disseminate tsunami early warning system to community, including the tsunami early warning chain. The institutions in region (provinces, district) need guidance to conduct their task in warning chain. AMC supported GTZ IS GITEWS to develop a national guideline on Tsunami Early Warning Chain as guidance for related institution.

BGR GITEWS

BGR GITEWS WP 6200 is responsible to support the institutions which are involved in INATEWS to establish effective structures and processes to enable an effective early warning chain.
AMC supported BGR to facilitate and conduct national stakeholder round tables which is purposed to strengthen coordination and cooperation among stakeholders within INATEWS

Internal Audit Training for ISO 9001

DIHK / Sequa / Kadin DKI Jakarta, Kadin Bandung and Kadin Indonesia

Internal Audit was conducted in Kadin DKI Jakarta, Kadin Bandung, and Kadin Indonesia regarding the existing management system ISO 9001. Based on the findings non-conformities have been corrected by Kadin. Proposals regarding improvements to streamline the management system and the operational processes could be provided by the consultants.
