The Improvement of Dr. Mohammad HOESIN Hospital, RSMH foresees the physical improvement of the hospital, including the procurement of medical equipment, and accompanying measures aimed at the amelioration of hospital management.
AMC conducted the Accompanying Measures Component for the improvement of hospital management and related issues focusing on Hospital Management, Strategic Management by using Balanced Score Card approach, Hospital Quality Management, Preventive Maintenance Planning, Human Resource Development, and Marketing. Activities carried out were classroom training, training on the job and consultancy to improve the performance of the hospital.
