Sustainable Urban Transport Programme Indonesia – Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (SUTRI NAMA) is a NAMA Support Project (NSP) that aims to transform urban transport in Indonesia into a sustainable low-carbon sector. It is funded by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, and Nuclear Safety (BMU) and Department for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy of the United Kingdom (BEIS) through the NAMA Facility.
FELICITY stands for “Financing Energy for Low-carbon Investment – Cities Advisory Facility”, a programme funded by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU) and implemented by GIZ in collaboration with the European Investment Bank (EIB).
Feasibility studies are performed for Bus Rapid Transport (BRT) system development in the City of BATAM and in Metropolitan Makassar, which is jointly developed by SUTRI NAMA and INDOBUS and FELICITY

GIZ SUTIP
As part of the Sustainable Urban Transport Improvement Project (SUTIP) in Indonesia, GIZ is providing technical assistance to the Ministry of Transportation and to selected cities in implementing sustainable transport schemes. AMC Consulting Team assisted the project team in carrying out tasks towards the project objectives.
Objectives of assignment
To assist the management of the public owned-transportation company (PDJT) in developing their mid-term Strategic Plan including monitoring and evaluation system and tool
To build capacity of PDJT in defining its strategic planning based on appropriate analysis and future orientation
To define a potential team and / or person within the company to be a “Strategic Planning driver”
Support of BMKG in their effort to recover climate data from their weather stations by reviewing of existing documents and SOPs and reviewing of existing workflow processes. AMC provided recommendations for improvement of SOPs and workflow processes.
