Intermediate results within one year are developed to ensure a monitoring of progress. The monitoring and evaluation scheme is oriented on the result chain and considers gender, conflict-sensitivities, poverty reduction, good governance, and environment and climate issues. The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is implementing a technical assistance project that is financed through a multi-donor financing facility, Java Reconstruction Fund (JRF), which is administered by the World Bank. At the final phase of implementation, an impact evaluation was required In Order to assess the impact of the project on beneficiaries and stakeholders. AMC was assigned to conduct one of impact evaluations. The objective of the assignment is to plan, prepare, implement and document 10 (ten) Focus Group Discussions with project stakeholders in select villages In Order to collect and analyze qualitative data on project impact.
