The 98,555ha forest of HUTAN Harapan (HH) is Indonesia’s first Ecosystem Restoration Concession (ERC) and has pioneered ERC implementation since 2007 with support of IKI and other international donors. HH is entering a new phase to establish sustainable business operations for the protection, management, and restoration of the forest, with land use stabilized through strategic landscape partnerships for the benefit of biodiversity conservation, climate change mitigation and community livelihoods.
BMUB/ICI supports this project with the goal that HUTAN Harapan’s forest resources are sustainably managed and restored with the support of strategic landscape partnerships for the benefit of biodiversity conservation, climate change mitigation and community livelihoods.
KFW has contracted GFA and cooperation with AMC to conduct a Preparation Mission to support the Executing NGOs (BURUNG Indonesia, NABU, RSPB) and PT REKI for preparing the KFW Appraisal by:
– providing an objective assessment of past implementation and lessons learnt
– assessing the envisaged HH management concept and project documents in view of the plan HHs to achieve sustainability
The overall objectives of the Preparation Mission are to:
• identify strengths and weaknesses of the long-term implementation concepts.
• make recommendations regarding the concept, log frame, activities, budgets, and specific actions to enable sustainability of the HH management.

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is implementing a technical assistance project that is financed through a multi-donor financing facility, Java Reconstruction Fund (JRF), which is administered by the World Bank. At the final phase of implementation, an impact evaluation was required In Order to assess the impact of the project on beneficiaries and stakeholders. AMC was assigned to conduct one of impact evaluations. The objective of the assignment is to plan, prepare, implement and document 10 (ten) Focus Group Discussions with project stakeholders in select villages In Order to collect and analyze qualitative data on project impact.

CERTIF as a relatively young Professional Certification Institution for Microfinance Professionals is working in an environment with captive market until 2008. After that period CERTIF Has to face the open market. AMC supported CERTIF in developing its strategy by using Balanced Score Card approach, developing monitoring tools, marketing strategy and Quality Management System in accordance with BNSP Guide 201 (ISO 17024) and 202. AMC also supports in development and implementation of Employee Performance Evaluation System and Management Information System including website.
