Aim of the project is to train officers of department of Environment on environmental inspection.
The outcomes of the competence development measures about enhanced factory environmental inspection training are as follow:

• DoE officers can relate to resource efficiency (RE) and cleaner production (CP) aspects in environmental inspection process with proper understanding of their relationship with end of pipe (EOP) pollution control approaches.
• DoE staff involved in factory environmental inspections can conduct effective factory environmental inspections, integrating resource efficiency (RE) and cleaner production (CP) aspects into their inspection practices during factory visit.
• Selected DoE trainers can continue providing the training.
• DoE officers and Departments concerned with factory environmental inspections can identify the gaps and to take necessary action for amending/upgrading current inspection tools (checklist, materials, record keeping process etc.) and synchronization of overall inspection system (i.e., clearance, inspection and enforcement) in line with enhanced factory environmental inspection practices
• DoE HR department has integrated the training module into its staff development and training programme.

Transformasi I – Strengthening the Training System for sub-national Financial Management, Indonesia

AMC, in cooperation with Particip, supported the project Transform’s – Strengthening the Training System for sub-national Financial Management, Indonesia” which is performed by the German international cooperation agency GIZ. The project shall ensure that a competent apparatus for better quality of public financial management has been accomplished by:

Follow-up on the sub-national financial management training system by providing e-learning and update of modules.

Training on sub-national financial management linked with career path development and administrative reforms.

To further strengthen the training system for sub-national financial management in Indonesia by:

 Establishing an institutionalized fully fledged training system and by improving capacity within DJPK and among the training providers to implement the training system.

Internal Audit and Consultancy ISO 9001

JST aimed to establish an environmental management system based on ISO 14001. AMC supported JST in their effort to establish manual, procedures, work instructions and records in accordance with the standard. JST achieved certification of their environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001.

CERTIF as a relatively young Professional Certification Institution for Microfinance Professionals is working in an environment with captive market until 2008. After that period CERTIF Has to face the open market. AMC supported CERTIF in developing its strategy by using Balanced Score Card approach, developing monitoring tools, marketing strategy and Quality Management System in accordance with BNSP Guide 201 (ISO 17024) and 202. AMC also supports in development and implementation of Employee Performance Evaluation System and Management Information System including website.

Development of quality management system for BORDA partners in India

BORDA conducts a program for decentralized wastewater treatment plants in India in cooperation with local Partners. To ensure the quality of the products BORDA is aiming for a comprehensive certification system for

• the quality management system of their partners,
• the wastewater treatment plants (product label)
• the key people working with their partners.

AMC has supported BORDA to develop a basic quality management system for their partners based on procedures, work instructions, form sheets, recording and evaluation, corrective action, and preventive action.
