The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is implementing a technical assistance project that is financed through a multi-donor financing facility, Java Reconstruction Fund (JRF), which is administered by the World Bank. At the final phase of implementation, an impact evaluation was required In Order to assess the impact of the project on beneficiaries and stakeholders. AMC was assigned to conduct one of impact evaluations. The objective of the assignment is to plan, prepare, implement and document 10 (ten) Focus Group Discussions with project stakeholders in select villages In Order to collect and analyze qualitative data on project impact.

GTZ-IS GITEWS WP 6300 must disseminate tsunami early warning system to community, including the tsunami early warning chain. The institutions in region (provinces, district) need guidance to conduct their task in warning chain. AMC supported GTZ IS GITEWS to develop a national guideline on Tsunami Early Warning Chain as guidance for related institution.
Institution Building of Indonesian Tsunami Early Warning System (InaTEWS)
BGR GITEWS WP 6200 is responsible to support the institutions which are involved in INATEWS to establish effective structures and processes to enable an effective early warning chain.
AMC supported BGR to facilitate and conduct national stakeholder round tables which is purposed to strengthen coordination and cooperation among stakeholders within INATEWS

The situation in BNPB, BPBD, and PUSDALOPS is analyzed regarding required competences and training needs for all positions related to Tsunami Early Warning Chain. An action plan is developed to establish a training management system based on competences which can be extended to multi-disaster management.
