The project is to be deepening the reform of public administration and governance in sectors (the latter particularly in the context of anti-corruption) will be achieved by supporting the second stage of administrative reform using the “whole of government approach” and by focusing on evidence-based policy making. In addition, a stronger focus will lie on quality and equitable use of public services, as well as the long-term financing of reforms.

Lead executing agency for the area of public administration reform is the Ministry of Administrative Reform, KEMPAN-RB. The main partner in around corruption prevention is the Anti-Corruption Commission, KPK and in around strengthening of women’s rights, the Ministry of Women’s Promotion and Child Protection, KEMENEG PP, respectively. AMC implements the project together with GFA Consulting.
