AMC is partnering with GFA Consulting Group, mandated by GIZ to implement the intervention “Social Protection – Conditional Cash Transfer (Program KELUARGA Harapan), GFA-AMC is tasked to advise the client of GIZ, in the following five working areas:
- Institutional organization & management: support for the organizational development of the implementing teams for PKH to improve management at the national and local level
- Assessment and Improvement of MIS
- Public & Internal Complaints Handling System: ensure that the system adequately addresses complaints from participants, the General public or program staff
- Analysis and Improvement of Case Management procedures
- Human Resource Management and Capacity Building including trainings and e-learnings
- Communication Strategy of PKH
