The project supports the implementation of two APAST activities, Identify and Develop cost shared project through the subcommittee of COST and Develop Policy framework for strategic partnership in R&D and technology development with the private sector.
Project Activities
Activity 1: Stock Taking study on SMEs needs and protection in relation to Innovation promotion and technology Commercialization, including a cursory assessment of existing Program.
Activity 2: Workshop and advisory support to assist Cost.
Activity 3: Assist Institutions form AMSs to identify and develop pilot Projects that contributed to intensified R&D Collaboration and Technology commercialization.
Activity 4: Other workshops and learning formats to facilitate, stakeholder involvement particularly by SMEs and private sectors organizations and dialogue and exchange of experiences between policy levels and implementing agencies in the field of Innovation and Technology promotion.
