As part of the Sustainable Urban Transport Improvement Project (SUTIP) in Indonesia, GIZ is providing technical assistance to the Ministry of Transportation and to selected cities in implementing sustainable transport schemes. AMC Consulting Team assisted the project team in carrying out tasks towards the project objectives.
Objectives of assignment
- To assist the management of the public owned-transportation company (PDJT) in developing their mid-term Strategic Plan including monitoring and evaluation system and tool
- To build capacity of PDJT in defining its strategic planning based on appropriate analysis and future orientation
To define a potential team and / or person within the company to be a “Strategic Planning driver”
