Development of quality management system for BORDA partners in Vietnam

BORDA conducts a program for decentralized wastewater treatment plants in Vietnam in cooperation with local Partners. To ensure the quality of the products BORDA is aiming for a comprehensive certification system for

• the quality management system of their partners,
• the wastewater treatment plants (product label)
• the key people working with their partners.

AMC has supported BORDA to introduce a basic quality management system for their partners based on procedures, work instructions, form sheets, recording and evaluation, corrective action, and preventive action.
