Capacity Building of Organizing Event & Survey on Expectation & Plan of SMK graduates.

The programme involves capacity development through Technical Cooperation and the supply and upgrading of infrastructure and equipment through Financial Cooperation to jointly work towards the long-term sustainability of an employment relevant TVET system.

• Briefing by the SED TVET principal advisor and relevant program staff prior to the implementation of the assignment and preparing the training methodology and materials.
• Co-facilitating the workshop for staffs of the piloting TVET institutes.
• Assisting the piloting TVET institutes in organizing student’s information event and survey on expectation and plan of SMK graduates. The Consultant Should be present in the information events.
• Documenting the implementation of the information event and survey on expectation and plan of SMK graduates by the piloting TVET institutes.

The objective of the assignment is to build the capacity of the piloting TVET institutes in Central Java and DI Yogyakarta provinces in organizing an information event and survey on expectation and plan of SMK graduates, prior to the graduation day for student’s awareness raising towards the tracer study and obtaining core student information about their contact details, their possible informants and plan.
